Edwards, a Senior Career Consultant at Cuyahoga Community College,  will review general guidelines to improve interviewing skills and gain a “behind the scenes” insight into the interview process.  She will explain the different types of interviews, how to overcome obstacles and avoid common mistakes.  Topics to be covered include basic guidelines, traditional questions, behavior based questions and telephone interviews.

Susan Edwards is a career coach at Tri-C with more than 15 years experience in helping individuals prepare for and find new career opportunities.  Prior to joining Tri-C, Edwards worked as a career consultant in outplacement and has managed human resource departments.
